Step into a perfect blend of warmth and functionality with this breathtaking kitchen remodel in Carlsbad, masterfully completed by USA Home Remodeling. What was once a dated, closed-in space has been completely reimagined into a stunning, light-filled kitchen built around two showpieces: an oversized quartzite kitchen island and floor-to-ceiling custom wood cabinetry.
Our client’s main challenges were dated finishes, inefficient storage, and a layout that ignored the room’s best feature: an oversized garden window. To address these concerns, our expert remodeling team kept the efficient footprint, rebuilt the storage from scratch, and turned the window wall into custom bench seating. The result is an airy, welcoming space that feels larger, flows better, and works smarter.
From Everyday Dining Space to a Showstopping Kitchen Centerpiece
This former dining area was transformed into a bright and functional extension of the kitchen with a spacious quartz island, custom cabinetry, and warm woven pendant lighting. The redesigned layout creates more preparation space, storage, and room for gathering while making better use of the home’s natural light.
We installed warm wood shaker cabinets to provide ample storage while maintaining a soft, natural wood tone that makes the whole room feel calm and inviting. The layout is highly custom: twin full-height pantry cabinets, glass-door display uppers, a pull-out spice rack, double lazy Susans, deep drawer banks, and soft-close hardware throughout, plus two custom floating shelves cut from a matching cabinet panel. Beneath the garden window, three custom bench cabinets create built-in window seating with storage.

This kitchen was completely refreshed with warm custom cabinetry, elegant stone surfaces, updated stainless appliances, and a brighter, more cohesive design. The improved layout adds practical storage and workspace while giving the room a clean, polished look that feels more open and inviting.
A standout feature of this remodel is the new white shaker double vanity. Its clean lines, matte black hardware, and quartz countertop replace the dark, dated cabinet that defined the old room. A warm brass vanity light and a large frameless mirror brighten the space, while light-toned tile flooring and fresh paint complete the airy, welcoming feel.

If you are coming from Carlsbad Village Station (2775 State St, Carlsbad, CA 92008), head east on Grand Avenue toward State Street, then turn right onto Carlsbad Village Drive. Merge onto I-5 South via the Carlsbad Village Drive on-ramp. Continue on I-5 South for approximately 30 miles, take Exit 28A toward La Jolla Village Drive, and turn left onto La Jolla Village Drive. Turn right onto Genesee Avenue, then right onto Executive Square. The drive should take about 35 minutes depending on traffic.
